Can I order my water in advance? 

Yes!  Ordering water in advance is encouraged.  You can even set up a perpetual order so that you get the same amount of water every week throughout the season.

Who is my district representative?

I would like to put in a bridge, culvert, etc. How do I proceed? 

You will need to fill out and submit a Right of Use Application as well as a thorough description of the structure and appropriate fee.  The ditch manager will contact the owner with any questions and the board of directors will vote on the application at the next scheduled meeting.  

I lost my stock certificate for my farmer’s shares. How do I get a new certificate? 

Fill out and submit the Lost Stock Certificate Affidavit with the $250 fee and a new stock certificate will be issued.

What is the difference between farmers irrigation water and silt project water? 

Farmer’s Irrigation water can be sold separately from the land and is issued by stock certificate.  The annual fees for Farmer’s Irrigation water are sent out every spring from the office.
Silt Project water cannot be separated from the land and is shown on the property’s warranty deed.  The annual fees for Silt Project water are included on the owner’s property taxes.
